Returns & Refunds

Our gear has a 2 year parts and labor warranty to the original owner. If longer than 2 years we may charge a nominal fee for service. New online pedal order returns (within two weeks or less) must be returned in like-new condition and are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for pedal returns and repairs. Repairs will be shipped back to buyer at no cost. If your gear is behaving like it is broken/faulty, please try these steps before going further:

  1. Plug your instrument straight into your amp to make sure they are working correctly before diagnosing the pedal.

  2. Plug your instrument into the pedal input, and the pedal output straight into your amp without any other pedals or effects in the signal chain. If the problems continue…

  3. Try a different power supply for the pedal. Make sure to use only a 9V DC negative tip power supply with 2.1mm barrel (Boss style) connector.

  4. Make sure the instrument cables are plugged in securely, correctly and that the output of the pedal is going to the input of your amp.

  5. Try using different instrument cables.

If under the 2 year time warranty, your pedal will be repaired and shipped back to you at no charge. If over two years since the purchase, a nominal repair fee will be assigned depending on the extent of the repair as well as the return shipping cost.
